Since I remember I have this passion and compassion for life, for other beings, like most healers and empaths do.
And how the well-known story goes for most of us, who never wanted to settle to a zombie (or bio-robot) lifestyle, after a while we realize we don’t fit in.
Society starts to break us in and we start to dim our lights more and more.
And we hide.
Hide behind a ‘normal’ job, a ‘normal’, ordinary life not to stand out, so we won’t be ridiculed and hurt.
Hide behind a mask.
That’s what I had been doing for a long time, to finally be an ordinary, indifferent, quiet girl that I should be, even though starting out my life smiling with love to everyone, with a courageous, compassionate heart.
Then life, or more like my choices I made in order to fit in did everything to break me.
And I almost gave up on my true self entirely.
That would have been the easier solution.
To move towards the smallest resistance.
And at rock bottom you have a second chance again.
To choose between the wide and the narrow path, again.
This time with more life-experience, and hopefully with more awareness of true self.
And so I had made my choice.
Against all odds, I stepped into my own destiny and chose to help other light-carriers to shine as bright as they can, too.
I accomplished a life-changing but tough shamanic training, full of self-discovery and transformation, thanks to The Four Winds Society, Light Body School and its founder, Dr. Alberto Villoldo.
According to his words:
‘You’ve dug deeply, looked into yourself and found unexpected resources.
Now it is time to bring all you have found and learned to the world.
Overall, be fearless in your practice. Do not hide.’
So I’m not hiding anymore.
My initiation into Shamanic Energy Medicine through The Four Winds Energy Medicine Training has taken me on my own journey through the Medicine Wheel, a deep and transformational healing path.
I’ve journeyed into the world of the shaman, to face the greatest limitations of my human life: my unconscious programs and beliefs.
Not everybody is up for this journey as it is full of Shadows and Emotional Healing, but the level of support and guidance I received through the whole experience ensured that I was up for any challenges along the way.
I emerged from the journey with potent medicine, answering Spirit’s call and ready to SHARE this GIFT with the world.
As a Master Practitioner of Energy Medicine, I am fully equipped to empower my clients to:
- create exceptional health by making energetic, emotional, nutritional, and lifestyle interventions
- guide them through healing ancestral trauma, old limiting patterns on an energetic, emotional and cellular level
- hold Sacred Healing Space to witness and gently facilitate TRANSFORMATION of self
